'The Door with Seven Locks' – a crime thriller in which it doesn't take long for the illustrious company to be reduced in a murderous manner.

The monastery will be renovated in 2026. But don't worry: in autumn, the Klosterhofspiele theatre company will perform the play ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ in the large hall of the Kulturhof Langenzenn. New venues, same theatrical enjoyment!

Langenzenn Kermis
As the most beautiful season of the year begins, the Langenzenner Kirchweih approaches - a traditional celebration that takes place eight days after Whitsun. From Friday to Tuesday, a colorful fairground with fairground rides, food stalls and lottery booths is set up where the traffic usually flows. Visitors of all ages, whether from near or far, look forward to this special event.

Since 2012, the Langenzen flea market has been held in the historic and newly designed Langenzen old town around the monastery. For the physical well-being of the guests, Langenzener associations and restaurateurs provide all kinds of culinary delights.

Old Town Festival Langenzenn
On the second Saturday in September, Prinzregentenplatz, Martin-Luther-Platz, Rosenstraße, and parts of Friedrich-Ebert- and Hindenburgstraße in Langenzenn are transformed into a single promenade. Most of the stalls and small stands are run by clubs from Langenzenn. "Feasting" and cozy gatherings are highly valued here.

Christmas Market Langenzenn
The Old Town smells like roasted almonds, gingerbread and mulled wine in all variations. Small, festively decorated and illuminated stalls line the streets. A reflective and pre-Christmassy programme frames the market. Besides that the numerous light chains a magical atmosphere in the historical backdrop.
