Hotel-Restaurant "Karpfen" ***

With the sgraffito painting on its façade showing the history of Eberbach, the "Karpfen" is one of the buildings that characterise the image of the old town. Located at the Alter Markt in the heart of the city, it has been in the family for more than 200 years. This is just as noticeable in the careful treatment of the building as in the loving design of the rooms and the personal service.

In the ensemble of main building, guest house and half-timbered house, historical features have been preserved with a great sense of detail and skilfully combined with contemporary comfort. Each of the 50 rooms is individually furnished and exudes its own charm. The hotel also has a lift and plenty of parking spaces. Despite its location in the pedestrian zone, access for hotel guests is possible at all times.

The hotel's stylish restaurant, complemented by a terrace in summer, is known beyond the city's borders.
