Deutsches Burgenmuseum

The German Castle Museum, located at Veste Heldburg, is unique in its concept and examines the phenomenon castle with all of its facets. In sixteen rooms the history of the German and international castle building is presented, as well as the life back then in the castle, the different uses and the many myths about the subject "castle". Five further rooms pay attention to the Veste Heldburg and its eventful history.
