Neckargemünd: App "Monumente 3D" mit Rallye zum Dilsberg

Dilsberg Castle can now be explored digitally too – with the free “Monumente 3D” app.

With this app, you can explore the castle directly on your smartphone and see what it used to look like. Exciting 3D models bring the old fortress back to life, allowing you to take a little journey through history.

What’s particularly cool is that you can explore the castle from different angles, ‘walk’ through the grounds and learn lots of information about the buildings, history and nature. This makes the visit even more exciting – almost like an interactive game

Neckargemünd: Campingplatz unter der Friedensbrücke

The Unterm Dilsberg campsite in Neckargemünd is beautifully situated right on the banks of the Neckar – surrounded by nature and at the foot of Dilsberg Castle. Here you can enjoy a relaxing camping break whilst also going on lots of great excursions in the surrounding area.

The site offers spacious pitches surrounded by greenery, modern sanitary facilities and a very peaceful atmosphere. The location right by the river is particularly lovely: in summer, you can swim, paddle or simply relax on the banks and watch the boats go by.

There is also plenty for children to discover in the surrounding area – from walking trails and cycle routes to the historic castle just above the campsite.

'Sensory Trail' Neckargemünd

The Neckargemünd Sensory Trail invites you to experience, enjoy and reflect. Its stations offer numerous possibilities for trying out - for example, guessing scents, Tarzan rope, gnome garden, balancing trunk, humming stone and barefoot path.

From the Sinnenpfad hiking parking lot near Neckargemünd cemetery, the well-maintained, stepless path (length approx. 2.5 km), which is also easy to negotiate with baby carriages, leads from Neckargemünd to the Waldhilsbach district.

Neckargemünd: Terrassen-Schwimmbad

Pure summer fun - with wide green spaces, old trees, children's playground and three different water zones. The non-swimmer pool with wide slide and the toddler area are cleaned conventionally, the swimming and diving pool is biologically treated.
