The salters ("Salzsieder") celebrate their traditional Cake and Source Festival again in Schwäbisch Hall over the Pentecost holidays from the 17th to the 20st of May 2024. For centuries they have produced the "white gold of the Middle Ages". The festival, which is handed-down since the 14^th century, is one of the most beautiful folk festivals with more than 500 actors and helpers in the country today. On Saturday,  Sunday and Monday you can see, how salt has been made in the past in the salter cabin behind the "Hällisch-Fränkisches Museum".

Anually at Pentecost, the historical festival "The Master Draught" ("Der Meistertrunk") in Rothenburg ob der Tauber carries you off into the time of the Thirty Years War. Together with historical craftsmen and salesmen markets, a plundering bunch in the Old Town, and the historical army it takes care of a medieval experience on these four days - 17th to 20th of Mai 2024.

Furhtermore, "in honor of the town, for the pleasure of the guests", the Historical Shepards-Dance will be performed on Pentecost-Sunday at 11.30 am and at 1.45 pm on the market square.

From the 18^th to the 20^th of May 2024, the Festival of History "Crana Historica" takes place at the Rosenberg Fortress in Kronach. Reenactment groups from all over Europe take the visitors along with them to a time-travel through the centuries. A great field camp, a historical market with salesmen, juggers, musicians and a tavern, a weapon-show with shooting and fighting demonstrations, and as highlight a music festival, amongst others with medieval rock music, are to be experienced.

Eyrichshof Castle in Ebern invites to the Garden Festival with more than 170 exhibits again at Pentecost. In front of the picture-perfect scenery of the castle and the castle garden a summerly market with offerings all around house and garden and with exclusive fashion creations takes place from the 18th until the 20th of Mai 2024. The festival is framed by music, lectures and a programme for children.

The small Upper Franconian town Seßlach near Coburg turns into an eldorado for all who enjoy rummaging and collecting on Pentecost, June, 9th. Then a large flea market takes place there in the streets and alleys of the picturesque Old Town. The stroll through the stalls is framed by a musical programme and regional culinary treats.
