The hotel Schwarzer Bock is an originally preserved tavern from the fifteenth century where each room tells its own story. The three-star superior hotel is located in the middle of the action between residence, former margravial chancellery and court church. The imaginatively designed rooms with the themes "Hawk Lure", "Court Garden" and "Margravine" - 11 double rooms and 6 single rooms - are furnished modernly and comfortable with LCD-TV, iPod docking station, WLAN and free minibar. The landlords and slow-food supporters serve regionally certified specialities of their homeland Franconia and the Pfalz (Palatine) in the historic restaurant.
